Teusday Morning Poll:

Should the word 'folks' be banned from the English language and replaced with 'peeps'

"we tortured some folks"
"we tortured some peeps"

I've always felt more like a peep than a folk. The usage of Folks may date back to 1474. That's too old for me. Why are we describing people in old English in 2014?

"folks are having a tough time right now"
"peeps are hurting"

Folks implies a general oldness
Peeps has a sense of energy and intellegence about it

It's time to vote.
