17. I watched BBC International News a short while ago

The host asked a Lieutenant from the IDF if it was true that Israeli troops were still on the ground in Gaza.
He said they had all left. Then in response to another question he said 'that's why we left troops ...caught himself and then said the troops had withdrawn from Gaza but were surrounding Gaza in case they were needed.

It was a classic gotcha moment.
