A question about posts pls

Would someone please explain to me what happens to older posts?

I just went to "My Posts" and all but a few where cleared out.

What happens to them and how do I retrieve them?

Sorry to put this on GD but I know of no other way to find out.

I got this by trying to get further into the old posts:

Where are my posts?
The My Posts page provides an easy way to keep track of the messages you post, and to find out when someone replies to you. Whenever you post a new message, it is automatically listed at the top of this page. And whenever someone replies to any of your posts -- no matter how old -- that post is automatically "kicked" to the top of this page.
The My Posts page has a "sunset" of 30 days. So if you don't see any posts here, here's why:
You have not posted anything in the last 30 days; and...
Nobody has replied to any of your posts in the last 30 days.
To be clear: Even if a post is more than 30 days old, it will automatically re-appear on this page as soon as someone replies to it. So you'll never miss another reply again!
