There is a deep dark murky firey place in hell where Donald Trump should spend the life hereafter

I don't even believe in hell but for Donald Trump I make an exception

Donald Trump Says Ebola Doctors 'Must Suffer The Consequences'

Donald Trump wants Americans infected with ebola to be kept out of their own country.

In a series of tweets posted over the weekend, Trump said doctors who treat ebola patients "are great," but shouldn't be allowed to seek treatment back home if they get sick.

"Treat them, at the highest level, over there," Trump tweeted, adding:

The U.S. cannot allow EBOLA infected people back. People that go to far away places to help out are great-but must suffer the consequences!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) August 2, 2014

Dr. Kent Brantly, the American doctor stricken with ebola in Africa, returned to the U.S. on Saturday, and is said to be improving as he receives treatment at Atlanta's Emory University Hospital.

His assistant, missionary Nancy Writebol, also contracted the disease while working with patients suffering from ebola. She's expected to be flown to the U.S. later this week.

I'm sure that every pre-caution was made to ensure that these people did not infect anyone else as they were returned back to the United States for treatment. These people have risked their lives to help treat those who are suffering from this ghastly disease and deserve better respect than what Donald Trump has shown then. Trump is an embarassment to our country!

I will never forget when Obama ridiculed him and laughed in his face which is the source of todays Trump fury. That is when Donald went to hell.

(I too think the doctors are heroes and am devastated by the callousness of Trump's reaction. . . . But when I think about it, it figures . . .)

I've seen the same opinion expressed here on DU. Partcularly since the two infected American healthcare workers are Christian missionaries, and therefore knew what they were getting into, and deserve no sympathy.

but also read that they were there to provide medical compassion to those suffering from Ebola, not just there to pray and convert.

That's what medical missionaries do. The "evangelism" part is about letting it be known that they do what they do as an expression of their religion.

Just look at any number of Ebola threads over the weekend.

DUers shrieking that Americans should not be allowed back in their own country for treatment.
