BOSTON — Eight former Market Basket supervisors who were fired for staging rallies in support of ousted CEO Arthur T. Demoulas say they plan to sue the grocery chain.

But folks who are in the middle of organizing for their fellow workers cannot be fired out of retaliation as i recall. It's a bit of a no no and the NLRB will probably have something to say about this.

I've only handled eight employment law cases involving violating the ADA, so when it comes to labor organizing I don't have a clue. I just remember learning about it in class and finding it fascinating. If they have a lawyer, I'm pretty sure there's a good chance they have a legitimate suit.
