Proposal for 2 state solution acceptable to Netanyahu

Netanyahu clearly will not accept Palestinian autonomy over any land west of Jordan. So perhaps he will accept Israel having all the land above ground while Palestinians can have land below ground in Hamas-built tunnels.

I think those who claim Netanyahu will never accept any two-state solution are not thinking creatively enough.

2. Netanyahu has laid out the conditions...

...under which he will accept a two state solution. He will accept a Palestinian State as long as Israel, and only Israel, is responsible for the security of the Palestinian State.

The question is, how do we get the Palestinians to accept a state in which the government of the state has no control over the foreign army and police forces maintaining the state?
