My guess is that the American People (Congress's Boss) will let them get away with their game-playing, stunts, laziness and greed.



When people don't vote (any obstacles be damned - get the damn Voter ID or whatever), they GIVE UP their authority over their gov't officials to the highest bidder. We can talk about how corprats bought Congress (they did) but what is rarely mentioned is that voters LET them. NOT voting is giving up our authority over those who are supposed to serve US.
