Organization says doc with Ebola showing ‘slight improvement’

Dr. Kent Brantly, the physician with Ebola virus who completed his residency in Fort Worth, has shown slight improvement in the past 24 hours, according to the charity involved in his care in West Africa.

Brantly is receiving IV fluids, pain management and other supportive care in the fight for his life against the Ebola virus, a spokesperson with the missionary group, told the Star-Telegram Wednesday morning.
