WTF!?! Trayvon Murder Eyewitness Says Police Refused to See Crime Scene

Last night an eyewitness to the Trayvon Martin killing appeared on CNN and unleashed more damning evidence against the police. Speaking to Ashleigh Banfield, the face-obscured witness said that when the cops brought her in for questioning, she offered to show them the scene of the crime and explain exactly what happened—she saw the "larger man" attacking "the boy"—the police declined her offer. Not only that, but they suggested that she was wrong: that Zimmerman was the one calling for help, not Martin.

I prefer the "justice" system to vigilantes. If, as it looks, Zimmerman was playing vigilante then he'd best hope he gets a trial before he reaps what he sowed.

The people that will be brought to violence over this will likely be extremest white people. Just look at the "Neo Nazi's" already patrolling the streets down there for an example.

The people that support Treyvon and his family are doing so only wishing for justice, not vengeance at this point.

what happened.

Zimmerman's version cannot be trusted because he could not even admit to himself if he killed wrongly.

While we can't know what the outcome of a trial might be or what all of the evidence would show, we do know that Zimmerman forever silenced Trayvon Martin.

We need a trial so that the evidence can be presented publicly, and a jury can determine whether Zimmerman should be convicted or not.

She does not speculate even when prompted to by some questions. She sticks to what she saw and heard that night, both the shooting and the police visit to her home.

With the investigator correcting her as to who was shouting for help, saying it was Zimmerman shouting for help, it certainly seems there was already a lack of neutrality in their minds as to what happened, that they had already decided to accept Zimmerman's account at that time at least.

I certainly hope the Federal agents who are now on scene investigating this have or will be speaking with this witness very soon.

Sat Apr 7, 2012, 06:00 PM
Apr 2012

... information redacted, to be sure, but other than the names and addresses and personal data, they were filed in the report at the time.

Six witnesses...it should take at least an iota of intelligence to think that rushing to the media...remember they are all neighbors...they would be considered "looking for their 15 minutes of fame" at best, and harassed, at worst. News network interviews are not required of witnesses to a crime, Duh.

Of course the father and attorney interviews ... non witnesses, hearsay, and clearly prejudiced ... have gone on and on and on.

Now all mostly the news just report the drama about NBC doing what news organizations due...slant the news. What a shock.

This is cold-blooded murder...plain and simple. It was the State Attorney, another non-witness and through hearsay and probable personal relationship with the Judge father, who refused the police report and determined that a crime had NOT been committed.

Pathetic, knowing that someone was murdered.

I've read about this witness's story from the very beginning. It's been very consistent. They said that they saw Zimmerman on top and the boy screaming for help, and the police "corrected" their statement.

This is old news. Maybe you're just hearing it for the first time.

The only good things coming out of this hopefully are jail time and some unemployed former cops. Maybe jail time for them too.

If it is legal to shoot and kill a child because a man feels threatened, does it not follow that the child's friends and family could feel threatened by the Man? Does this not mean that Vengeance is now the prerogative of the individual and not the State? If the child's father Kicks the living shit outta Zimm, is he guilty of a crime? The way to stop this " Law" is to force people to see that this law can go both ways. From here on out, it seems that it will be legal for black youths who feel threatened to shoot white people. The law would change in an instant if the roles were reversed.

as she described the screams which she thought were from the boy, and who was on bottom and who was on top and the struggle. She could not see faces for positive identification. She held up her phone to the window for the 911 dispatcher in case they could hear. Then she heard a pop...had never heard gunfire but supposed it to be a shot, and the big guy on top got up and wandered around a bit. So she witnessed the final struggle, the noises, Mr. Martin alive, then dead, but did not see a gun as it was too dark. But apparently he was holding Mr. Martin down on the ground prior to the shooting.

Zimmerman's daddy is a former or current Judge.

I think he's well connected, perhaps to the BFEE? (Via a possible relationship with Jeb back when he was Gov?)

Therefore, the impression I get is those mysterious POWERS-THAT-BE are pulling all the strings and calling in all the favors they got to make sure the authorities don't do anything to prosecute Zimmerman for any serious crime.

Is this not simply RUNNING OUT THE CLOCK, so as to take advantage of laws in Florida that say that if you aren't charged with a crime within six months, then, you can never be charged for that crime?

If no police or Justice Department or FBI action takes place, eventually this guy will enjoy his magnificent BFEE supplied get out of jail free for murder card?

Hey, if our President enjoys a License to kill, as he currently does, why shouldn't a low level BFEE minion enjoy the same perks from being a member of the elite?

This is two tiered American Justice at it's finest!

Zimmerman any big favors. He's being tried in the media and turned into a villain. The whole thing snow balled out of control. Anyone with half a brain can see that justice was NOT done or proper protocols followed. This is another Emmet Till moment. What worries me is that Zimmerman will get off on a technicality or by claiming he can't get a fair trial. The Sanford PD should be under investigation, if it's not already. Why is this taking so long?
