Chris explained that they can't get Hamas reps to come on to make their case but Israeli reps do come on--partly explaining imbalance in coverage.

Hamas is the elected gov't so it would seem to be their job to make their case.

Another wrinkle:

The United States,[10] Canada,[11] the European Union,[12][13] Jordan,[14] Egypt[15] and Japan classify Hamas as a terrorist organization.
