Central American children fleeing poverty and gang violence are refugees - often from situations US policies have helped to create - and they should be treated as such.

and maybe it is. But it is also anti-children. It shows a deep underbelly of contempt for kids, the same contempt seen when we read of so many different kinds of domestic child abuse.
