The fact that 5 court Justices are ultra conservative Catholics if personhood comes up to that level they are mandated by their faith to make the decision that a fertilized egg is a person with all the rights endowed by the Constitution. That belief is a core belief of the Catholic Church and MUST be followed to remain a Catholic in good standing. Actually these judges could be excommunicated by their bishop or the pope for finding any other way.
Being a former Catholic many people do not understand the power of Catholic dogma and the strict belief that all laws of the Church must be obeyed. There is no compromise on this issue because in the eyes of the Church interfering or preventing pregnancy is murder. And as far as artificial means of producing pregnancy actually is forbidden by Church doctrine.
So we have a problem now that these judges are likely to end the separation of church and state. Things that are happening in the US Supreme Court does not end with just reproduction rights. And we will see how far the Robert's court goes with moving religion in government.

You know what you understand? Nothing.
SCOTUS is bad enough without your utter nonsense.
