I support Corporate Personhood!

If a corporation is a person then we should treat it like a person.
- It should pay personal income tax.
- It has no right to any other person's medical information.
- It should be drafted during time of war.
- Since a person cannot buy another person, a corporation cannot buy another corporation.
- It can be sent to jail (put under control of the state, suspended from operations or even put to death)
In the event that a corporation is sent to jail or sentenced to death, the employees may sue it for damages.
- A Corporation coming to America for business must apply for a work visa and if it wants to stay it must become a citizen.
- A Corporation wanting to move to another country must renounce its citizenship and shall be banned from lobbying congress.
- Corporations can have all the freedom of speech that bricks, machines and office furniture wish to exercise.
- Corporations must have a life span. At the end of that period, it can re-apply for status as a corporation.
- If a corporation wants to cite religious principles, it must apply to the state for recognition as a member of
that religion (like any Contentious Objector). Any corporation violating the tenets of its declared religion will be disincorporated.
- Corporations should be subject to all laws, including those regarding the privacy of other people, treason, slavery, bigamy and
littering.
---------------
Corporate people are the children of the state and its laws. It is up to the parents to guide, educate, encourage, proscribe and punish when necessary, not the other way around.

Is that what British Petroleum did to the Gulf of Mexico? I thought that more like vandalism.

Somehow, neither littering nor vandalism quite covers that.

... if the company ever buys out another company or is bought out by a company, if they are in record like Hobby Lobby or Eden Foods in wanting to have rights to not pay for health insurance that violate its "Christian principles". Can they prove the other company was the opposite sex?
