Reddit-based Online PAC takes on SOPA co-sponsor Lamar Smith

There have been several articles about this group, TestPAC, in the past couple of days. They've funded a billboard and created a TV ad so far.

Here is the :30 second TV spot

They are targeting Smith for his support of SOPA and also HR 1981 (PCIP).
