The only federal departments or programs are for defense which would be quite muscular and funded well beyond what the military even wants and a privatized Medicare and SS system which would benefit corporations and Wall Street. Oh and a national system that says queers should die and that a fertilized egg is a person along with every business that exists. So an embryo can claim they have a religious aversion to brussels sprouts and force the mother, under penalty of death, to stop eating them because the fetus has a religious freedom right.
All other services including food inspection, health and infectious disease control, land management (i.e. Interior), highways, environmental protection (ha), small business administration, etc. would be in each individual state.
They expect that as they control the majority of states they can kill all of these programs so you have something like this:
(1) Education - money freely given to religious institutions and continued starvation of education in poor areas
(2) Education2 - college students will only be for the very rich. If they aren't rich they can attend but become serfs of the banks for the rest of their lives (kind of like Russia before the revolution). Other education will be to teach them a skill like wiping the ass of a rich white dude or digging a ditch. Minimum wage must never be increased beyond $5.00 per hour or it spoils them
(3) No Medicaid or other healthcare programs. if you cannot afford insurance you die
(4) No inspection of food, no control on pollutants in air, water or on land
(5) No control of our airspace for commercial aviation. Each state does their own and oh, only privatized security folks at the airport
(6) No NIH or similar institution to advance science. No programs that progress research, etc. unless they are in the states
(7) State highways only, no national system
The list could go on and on. The only thing they want for the federal government to do is to refuse entry to any foreigner and the ability to kill as many of them in war as possible. They want to privatize the postal service, etc.
And they hate SS and Medicare. They would really like to send Grandma to the Soylent Green factory (like the "death panels" of the ACA) when she no longer works like a slave for the rich and no health care. She can buy one of those books they advertise late at night on homeopathic cures for everything. She don't need no doctor.
