2. Just A Comment On The Show Itself.....

This is the Ed Show and as such Ed has put his own style and slant to the show.

I am bothered by the fact that there is a guest host on today subbing for Ed - and I took notice that this guest host says exactly what Ed says everyday on the show. This was evident at the point of the show where they have a survey and the results will be given at the end of the show. This guest host said or read exactly what Ed does everyday.

I don't know why this gets to me - but one would think that Ed would want his words to be his and his only and not let the guest host read from the same generic playbook. Also as a guest host I would think that he would want to put his slant on the show.

What I came to realize is that this show is basically all scripted out and they are just reading stuff.

I know I'm being petty here - but this just got to me today. I guess I'm just in a bad mood and feeling manipulated today.

Hell I must be in a bad mood. Last night I advocated we take down the Statue of Liberty - because the "Give me your tired......"
inscription has no meaning today.

Today I advocated that President Obama ask for $1 billion to build a wall to protect our borders - basically give the Repubs what they've been asking for. See my posts elsewhere on DU to understand where I was coming from.

3. Now, now -- between the poor sales of his new book and movie

and whatever he owes is ex-wife and lawyers, D'Stort D'News-a has to fill his coffers for at least two years before he goes directly to jail...a little compassion, please!
