Griswold v. Connecticut

There's the target. Right there.

That's the one that established there is an inherent right to privacy that allows women to seek contraceptives from their physicians.

It's also the basis of Roe v. Wade. In fact, Roe is so entangled in the precedent of Griswold many legal experts have opined that one cannot be overturned without the other also being overturned.

That's right. You guessed it. The very same legal precedent that makes abortion a basic health right for women is the legal precedent that allows contraceptives as a basic health right for women.

Griswold v. Connecticut.

There's the target. Right there.
