Just a thought ... didn't the Supreme Court just grant Hobby Lobby ...

... an unfair advantage over it's competitors (cheaper health insurance without Birth Control, making for cheaper operating costs). The Supremes then recommend that the government find a way to subsidize the health care costs that HL won't pay.

Do the competitors have a legitimate beef?

Health care costs vary wildly based on lots of factors, so since this is just one variable among thousands there probably won't be any case.

Heck if I moved 3 miles across a county line I could drop the cost of a plan on the exchanges by over $800 a year. Just by moving 3 miles.

Way too many variables.

If Hobby Lobby can avoid paying for something other businesses should be able to as well.

The SCOTUS ruled that ALL contraception is covered by their ruling.

They clarified this morning.

This means - any pharmaceutical company could see their bottom line a little less brighter.

They are not obligated, but will voluntarily cover those 16.

Jesus only cares about the four, apparently.

They don't cover Plan B (too stupid to know how it works, along with the 5 Goons) or IUDs.

it is a premium plan and so it will cost them more to offer less, if I understand it correctly.
