Want to kill someone with impunity in Florida?

Throw a few punches at him and let him fight back. Then shoot.

Oh yeah, it helps if your target is black.

(Of course, there is no evidence that Trayvon hit Zimmerman at all. But I wouldn't blame him if he had hit his stalker.)

Apparently it's OK to stalk, accost, confront and kill someone. How? When you confront them and they fight back, just claim that you feared for your life and you had no choice but to shoot to kill.

It's crazy. Think about a woman about to be raped and fighting back by scratching and slapping the assailant. He can then gun her down, claim he feared for his life, and face no consequences. He can show the scratch marks as proof like the Zimmerman defenders are doing. How is it any different than the Martin case? It's not.

This is madness.
