That "flying debris" looks like tractor trailers. I sure hope the occupants of the truck in the bottom photo were able to get out and into a ditch.

besides hurricanes, of course. The storms were so widespread and devastating.

I have a friend who has kids in two different cities who each had tornadoes a couple of blocks from each of their house.

Usually this crap dies down...but these storms just kept coming back for more.

I am thinking it is okay to settle in for the night...but not quite comfortable with that yet.

rain, thunder, sirens, in and out of the safe area....finally got the kids settled in and I am afraid to go to sleep.

We are still seeing storms come through--not like earlier, but heavy nonetheless.

I've never seen ANYTHING like this.
