(51,076 posts)If you had feet like I do that feel like I'm walking on a bed of hot coals with needles sticking up out of it you would understand where I'm coming from and would refrain from making fun of those of us who like the things
I could care less if they are 'in' or not
Anyways go on with your outrage. Sometimes it's the outrage that we most need

(37,364 posts)In the summer time I live in crocs. I have my garden crocs, around the house crocs, and my dress crocs. Garden croc are for outdoor chores. Around the house crocs are worn on wooden floors and removed when moving onto carpeted areas. And my dress crocs are for running errands in town. If I have to go to something formal, I will move to something in leather and wish I could leave early so I can get out of them and back into my crocs.

(51,076 posts)Three pairs for the same purposes. In the winter I'm liable to leave the house with a pair of socks on with my crocs too

(32,975 posts)after a multi mile walk on hot, always hot, urban pavement, in many cities, over many years, switching to a pair of crocs close to the end of the parade route feels like clouds on your feet.
MrScorpio, I love you.
