Why am I still reading Yahoo news?!? (Well, there is some comic value...)

I vowed recently to change my homepage, but being indecisive, continue to go through Yahoo "news" before heading to a better news source.

Today, I couldn't resist clicking on this headline under "News For You": "Obama Proves He Does Not Understand the Constitution." What legal scholar could write such an over-the-top headline, and what could be their argument?

But of course!! Who better to correct the President of the United States, who was president of Harvard Law Review and professor of Constitutional Law, than this guy:

L. Vincent Poupard

L. Vincent Poupard is known for his insightful news commentaries and unique takes on the entertainment industry. Along with his career in writing, he works as a political/business consultant and has helped businesses gain a foothold in their community. He has studied the history, impact and symbolism of the horror industry for years. Travel all over the country has given him experiences which have led to many articles

Poupard won a “YCA Article of the Year Award” for his 2010 interview with comic book legend Stan Lee and the “YCA Local Writer Award” for excellence in local coverage in the Metro Detroit area. He is a Featured Contributor in Arts & Entertainment and Travel. He can be contacted through his Facebook page or Twitter account. Both are listed below.

The "horror industry" and comic books, not to mention travel "all over the country" -- wow -- which has "led to many articles" (but not so many periods)!

What does all that experience make him? He says, "As a political scientist, I cannot think of a time when a president made comments to make people think he has no idea how the Constitution works."

And if you care to read his expert constitutional analysis, see the link below. You'd be really impressed if it were written by a third grader.
