The people that trade there, by and large are all BIG believers that the market knows all. Ultracapitalists. Mostly young and probably mostly white males. IIRC, Intrade had McCain and Obama damn near even going into election week.

I have yet to see a case when Intrade was predicting a different result from the polls and the polls were wrong. Intrade usually comes crashing back to reality on election day.
