Too many middle-aged white males in leadership positions, the more minority speakers the better.
As someone said at the Reason Rally, it would be great to see more diversity next time.

Chris Hayes has a great show. It's on at 3:00 a.m. here, but I DVR it religiously. Or...nonreligiously, in this case.
