Guantanamo prison is illegal

Indefinite detention and "interrogation camps" in general both violate the Geneva Convention. Detention without charge or trial for over a decade is unconstitutional and un-American. Swap or no swap, those people still there should given trials immediately (which, after 10 years isn't exactly Due Process is it?) or immediately released.

And even more important than that they are illegal, is that they are wrong.

Partisanship now requires leaving conscience and human decency at the door.
