#NotOneMore. Chris Martinez' father speaking at UCSB

I just tuned in. He wanted everybody to send postcards to every politician, but someone said "what's a postcard?" Which led to him asking to have hashtags explained to him.

Okay, DUers, get on board.

Personally post cards are more effective because it takes time and dedication to send a postcard and it shows an actual presence. Its like actually seeing the president vs. reading his tweet but I do support #NotOneMore.

SOMETHING ...ANYTHING needs to be done to prevent another parent from losing their child.

He wants this to go national. He wants this to go viral. He wants every single politician in the nation to be inundated with postcards. He said "Buy a stack of postcards."

I don't do tweets myself, and I'm sure he doesn't either. But someone apparently told him that the younger generation doesn't really know from postcards any more.
