A moment of silence please for Justice Scalia......

...in his questioning of Obamacare he opined of the length of the bill and the amount of reading he might have to do in order to make a decision.

Poor baby. It must be a bitch to be a Supreme Court Justice.

He also criticized a part of Obamacare, a sweetheart deal known as the "Cornhusker Kickback". Except that there is no "Cornhusker Kickback" in the bill.

Who needs research when all you need is rightwing ideology to guide you?

I saw through the lies behind that one right from the start, and my immediate outrage has remained with me ever since. Over time, since his appointment, I have only seen his arrogance grow.

then it is probably time for him to step down from the bench. If a justice is not willing to understand the laws affecting cases on which they rule, then they really aren't doing their job.
