Sanford COVER-UP: Officer Timothy Smith's Fabricated Evidence

At some point, it was decided to concoct a cover story, which involved Officer Timothy Smith fabricating evidence about Zimmerman bleeding from the nose and head and having grass all over his back. Most likely, he never received any medical attention from the fire department at all.

Within 34 minutes, Zimmerman was at the police station looking to be completely uninjured and with no signs of grass or wetness on his jacket.

Officer Smith's Fabricated Report (see page 7 of 8):

and then there is this:

and this:
"Zimmerman was standing over the body with -- basically straddling the body with his hands on Trayvon's back," Cutcher said. "And it didn't seem to me that he was trying to help him in any way. I didn't hear any struggle prior to the gunshot.

What did surprise me was to see they were investigating this as a potential Negligent Homicide or Manslaughter charge from the beginning. The report back up the lead investigator's claim they wanted to pursue charges but had it nixed by higher ups.

SFD Rescue 38 were the medical responders -- can't wait to hear from them.

Why was the negligent homicide or manslaughter charges not continued? That is a rhetorical question.

video. EMS report would be very helpful to do that. So would police photos (if any) etc. To start screaming fabrication and lies with most of the probative being withheld by the State Attorney is not helpful. However that a blogger/wannabe Drudge is screaming *LIES* is par for the course.

Now the MSM is interviewing Zimmerman's family members, who clearly weren't there...
