"well we know what they want; they want more for themselves, and less for everyone else..."

Damn...I fell like just spent 3 days watching the worst political theater ever.

This star chamber that is called the SCOTUS is beyond disgusting. The one thing that they proved after 3 days of "questioning," is that beyond a shadow of a doubt, they are nothing more than partisan hacks. They have devolved into nothing more than a thinly disguised branch of the GOP who's sole purpose has become micromanaging political and legislative issues instead of the purpose that the founding fathers intended the branch for, which is interpreting the Constitution.

You may have to go back to the Dred Scott Decision to find a worse supreme court in the history of this nation. When Roberts starting going off on “pediatric services” and “maternity services.” it devolved into them just flat out pontificating. I wouldn't be surprised if they all wanted to start wearing pointed fucking hats and have people kiss their rings next.

Quit possibly the greatest 3 minutes of the late great George C hits it right on the head...

"they've long since bought and paid for the Senate, the Congress, the State houses, the City Halls; they've got the judges in their back pockets, and they own all the big media companies so they control just about all the news and information you get to hear. They gotcha by the BALLS. They spend billions of dollars every year lobbying -- lobbying to get what they want. Well, we know what they want -- they want MORE for themselves and less for everybody else.

RIP GC

Like the Gettysburg Address. Seriously. Carlin speaks to all of us "contented cows," doesn't he? We need to get mad.

There are 5 conservative "Catholics" (at least 4 have ties to Opus Dei); 1 moderate/liberal Catholic (Sotomayor); and 3 Jewish (Kagan, Bader-Ginsburg, and Breyer).

We'll know in a couple months. I don't count my chickens before they hatch.
But it isn't looking good.
