After all, The president has the right to lock you up without trial and even execute you without evidence so long as you are called an 'enemy combatant' This is even in times of peace, like now. There are no declared wars with any country.

The country can spy on you for no reason, take your property and give it to corporations because they want it, and take away your right to vote because you can't drive/are not mobile.

Constitutionality is a sham.
