Why I think Zimmer Man was not arrested already....

Because evidence (that the Fed and Special Prosecutor have) probably shows a cover up by local police and other higher officials of ZImmerman's vigilante killing of Martin. Right now, I surmise that the Feds are preparing to move and to do so in such a way that will minimize the impact nationwide (i.e. prevent rioting)

Zimmer Man I suspect is just the tip of a rotten foul iceberg that has been festering for decades.

This case is very ugly and justice will be served ultimately and Sanford and Florida will not be the same when it is all finished.

It will drastically change how application of of SYG and castle doctrine laws and handled.

We cannot have a society where someone can shoot down another in cold blood another and suffer no consequences this case will set the standard and prove how flawed SYG and CD laws are in the wild compared to the political theater of State Capitals.

skepticism too. We have so much racism and bigotry in this country under the surface, and often above, that I've pretty much lost faith in most cops and our legal system.

There are way too many crazies in the court system and various levels of government. I hope I'm wrong, but I've had my enthusiasm for sanity and what is right dashed so many times that it's difficult anymore for me to think things will work out with real fairness and justice in an above board manner.

If Zimmerman is liable for Martin's death, then the association is also liable for wrongful death damages.

In which case, old cases decided by the elder Zimmer Man may have to be scrutinized as well. Could be that the old man's actions on the bench are worthy of some jail time as well if that is the source of the younger Zimmer's racism.
