Travon's Death was Premeditated Murder

This is a copy of a message which I sent a couple of days ago to Charles Blow, New Times reporter and Jonathan Capehart, Washington Post reporter
Jonathan made a reference to this tonite on Lawrence O'Donnell's show

I strongly believe that this should be the narrative to get Zimmerman and his wife prosecuted, and take the discussion away from the "Stand Your Ground" law
ESCALATION OF INTIMIDATION
The murder of Travon was irrefutable premeditated murder, in the first degree. It was not manslaughter, 2nd degree murder, a spontaneous event, nor did it have anything to do with the “Stand Your Ground” Law, other than this law is being used by the Zimmerman clan as a smoke screen to obfuscate their despicable plans to rid their gated community of black people. This case is just as much 1st degree premeditated murder as were the actions of the D.C. sniper. Both George Zimmerman and his wife are co-participants in this scheme which led to the act of premeditated murder. This was MURDER ONE.

This has to be analyzed as a puzzle, and many of the puzzle’s pieces are already out on the table, and the task at hand is to get the remaining pieces. Just read on.

Puzzle piece number 1:
Remember, Zimmerman was once a criminal justice student, which is where he learned how to construct (fabricate) a false foundation which could be used to create the façade of justification to carry out his evil machinations, in this case, his hatred of black men and his obsession to remove them from his neighborhood, violently if necessary. Zimmerman’s goal, by manipulating the legal system, was to ultimately create a situation where he could “legally” murder
a black man, any black man, Travon just happened to be that black man. Further, it seems that his father was once a Judge in the area. At whose feet, he probably learned the importance of creating such a façade of false justification. Which is exactly what has surfaced today in the statements made by George Zimmerman’s father.
Puzzle piece number 2 :
To establish Zimmerman’s plan, it is necessary to study his actions and behavior prior to the shooting, which establishes a very distinct and conspicuous pattern of behavior. These pieces of the puzzle are the numerous, over 40, 911 calls made by Zimmerman and his wife. Since only a few of the calls have been made public, we can extrapolate the common thread in the released 911 calls, and I would assume that the same common subject matter was stated in most, if not all of the unreleased 911 calls. This common subject matter was always stated by Zimmerman and his wife as burglaries have been reported in their gated neighborhood and witnesses reported that these burglaries were committed by black men. By being 911 calls to the police, one can make the case that these calls were de facto police reports of crimes being committed in the immediate gated neighborhood, done by black men. This served as laying the foundation of rampant criminal activity by black men. Thus, this could eventually be used by Zimmerman to justify shooting a black man. In making these constant false criminal activity by black men reports, it is obvious that Zimmerman and his wife were attempting to force the local police to harass and intimidate black men enough to force them to move out of the neighborhood. But evidently this was not working, so Zimmerman, in his obsession, had to up the intimidation tactics. If he could not get the local police to do his dirty work, he decided to do it his way and make sure that his intimidation tactics were successful. So, he started packing a gun and he made sure that the local black men got the message.
By being de facto police reports, if there is no supporting evidence of actual burglaries in the immediate area at the time of the 911 calls, then one can make the case that these calls were basically the filling of false and fraudulent police reports, which is a crime.
The denouement of Zimmerman’s machinations was the murder of Travon.

Missing puzzle pieces:
These are the pieces which somebody must file Freedom of Information Public Records requests for. Once these are obtained, all the pieces will fall into place.
Somebody needs to obtain ALL of the 911 calls made by Zimmerman and reconcile the burglary “reports” in each call to the next set of records which need to be obtained. This other set of records which needs to be obtained are all the actual burglary reports actually filed which were reported in the Zimmerman gated community.
The next set of information can only be obtained by the investigators, and pressure must be put on them to pursue this. They must question Zimmerman and his wife as to who told them about each and every burglary which they “reported” in their 911 calls and who witnessed the black burglars. If they cannot come up with any people who gave them this information, then it is obvious that each and every 911 call reporting burglaries was false and premeditated. This is very important.

Once all of the above is put together, it will a establish that both Zimmerman and his wife intentionally created/laid a foundation in which they could “justifiably” shoot a black man.
This whole, entire chain of events is one continuous, cohesive premeditated scheme, which as it escalated, could only have ended in murder. Premeditated murder. And both Zimmerman and his wife must be prosecuted for murder in the 1st degree.

I don't think there was any kind of premeditation of that kind -- what you wrote sounds like a parody

All of Zimmerman's actions must be taken as a whole, not as separate independent events
This is becoming even more clear and evident today listening to the lame narrative of his family
This was escalation of intimidation

that serves to establish premeditation in the shooting of Trayvon. IF this thing ever goes to trial my bet is that he'll be looking at Voluntary Manslaughter, probably not even Murder 2.

George Zimmerman was a paranoid man. He is a cold-blooded killer, who killed a boy who was unarmed. He profiled the kid, likely due to race, and took vigilante justice into his own hands.

But this narrative here is only going to make us look bad.

I would definitely look into this as a possibility. But, I don't even think you would have to go so far as to look at all the 911 reports to establish murder 1. It could be he only marked Trayvon that very night and premeditated his murder as he was stalking him that night.

seeing it. Though in a little more sinister way. I believe he'd been hoping for the chance to kill. Perhaps even fantasized about it happening. And then the opportunity presented itself that night. I don't think he walked the streets armed without having some serious thoughts of using it.
