the exit wound would be larger..if there is an entrance wound and no exit wound, if the entrance is in the back..case closed..he was shot in the back.

saw GZ straddling Trayvon. HIS HANDS WERE UNDERNEATH HIS BODY. I understand about the fact that the exit wound wound be significantly larger than the entrance. I'm really wondering about this. How much time would he have to turn him over after shooting without it being obvious?

Of course this point, his lawyer probably won't let him answer any questions

That's what he saw. A chest wound, and no exit wound. No evidence on Trayvon's body that he had fought with Zim.

Remember also, when he got the body it had been through an autopsy.

But no exit wound indicates something about either the trajectory or the proximity of the weapon to the body.

He saw a large wound on his chest. He didn't know if it was an entrance or exit wound. Large wound suggests exit.

CNN report is that 3 emails from eye witness says he was shot in the back.

GZ was on top of Trayvon, not the other way around. And they weren't on the sidewalk BUT the grass.

There story (and I believe this story is coming from the GZ side) that the gun went off while locked in a fight should be taken with a grain of salt.

once there has been a rest will be interesting.

The FLA "Sunshine" law commercialized the Casey Anthony case.

Freedom of information legislation (Florida)

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

For Freedom of information law in other United States jurisdictions, see Freedom of information in the United States.

The open government laws in Florida are the most expansive among the United States.[1]

It has proceeded on three tracks:[1]

Statutory public records? (codified at Fla. Stat. secs. 119.01 to 119.15 (1995)),
Statutory public meetings? (the Florida Sunshine Law, codified at Fla. Stat. secs. 286.011 to 286.012 (1991)),
Judicial access decisional law?.

The Florida Sunshine laws contributed to the Casey Anthony farce and more Nancy Grace pollution. Bleecchh.
