The last time I watched TV they were saying that President Obama was in a world of trouble with it.

until you find out that a George W. Bush appointee in one of the lower courts, despite harshly questioning the government, ultimately voted to uphold it. My guess is a 5-4 decision or even possibly a 6-3 decision to uphold it. In my unprofessional opinion, I think that SCOTUS is going to be hard-pressed to dump the entire law. Mandate maybe but that hasn't taken effect and can be fixed.

And they did Bush v Gore. I couldn't believe it, it was so wrong. Then Citizens United happened. Now I won't ever trust them to do the right thing. Ever.

Between now and then anything you hear about it will probably be mere speculation.

WASHINGTON (AP) -- While the rest of us have to wait until June, the justices of the Supreme Court will know the likely outcome of the historic health care case by the time they go home this weekend.

After months of anticipation, thousands of pages of briefs and more than six hours of arguments, the justices will vote on the fate of President Barack Obama's health care overhaul in under an hour Friday morning. They will meet in a wood-paneled conference room on the court's main floor. No one else will be present.
