1. True. I lost all respect for the Court in 2001.

Then when Citizens United was passed, if I still had even a shred of respect for the Court, it was certainly lost. I have no faith that he SCOTUS can rule anything with impartiality. Their rulings seem to be all partisan, not what is right or lawful.

there is no way to dislodge them from their sinecures. Mental acuity and health issues are not grounds for impeachment. All of which makes a second term for President Obama imperative, the reaper may allow him at least one (maybe two) appointments. It is also imperative that he win reelection with a Democratic majority in both houses of Congress. In his first term he did what any reasonable man would do, he tried to work with congress but was stymied at every turn by filibusters and ideological intransigence, he now sees that he must be on the offensive and fight fire with fire. VOTE A STRAIGHT DEMOCRATIC BALLOT and be happy again.
