The individual vs the community.. the right vs the left.. how did we get here?
The right embraces the loner who defends their system and comes to their rescue.. the one person who makes their world right for them.. aka Rambo won for them Vietnam.. 24 was their response to terrorism.. they embrace the lone rancher who turns out to be a racist nutjob.. they so not want to be a part of the solution of anything..they want someone to come in an fight for them, live for them.. etc.. the support the rights of the individual who will keep them from the community.. they despise goverment.. they want someone to rule for them..
The left embraces community.. what is good for all is good for the one.. they unionize, they support the rights of the individual to be able to be active in the group.. goverment is us all of us..
What do you do with a group of people who lionize those who will take away from them their rights to vote, have a decent living etc.. its a very strange mindset on the right now..
