1. I wouldn't expect it for another few days at least. They're going to try to kick and spin

this situation as much as possible BECAUSE once GZ is arrested, they'll probably be a few more heads rolling.

2. They can arrest whoever lied in the police report also

I hope it is a thorough enough job of putting together the evidence before they arrest Zimmerman because I don't want any technicalities getting him off the hook.

3. Closer to 4 and the state attorney has had it since the get go

It sounds like the original State Attorney was in the police station that night. If so he could have made many of the same observations that most of us looking at the tape saw. If he wasn't, he had access to the tape.

The tape has been available to the new state attorney for 6 days...still no arrest warrant.

Hard to know what to think...except that something is seriously wrong.

11. maybe it's the new state atty that is dirty

This occurred to me tonight.

Wolfinger sent the case to the grand jury. Then he was forced to step aside and the new atty was appointed by the governor and the AG.

Maybe it's the new SA who is the fixer. She won't send it to the grand jury, she says. That indicates any charge won't be a capital offense.

4. As long as his Daddy Judge keeps preventing his arrest.

7. Daddy was a magistrate judge (lowest form of judicial life as I understand it) in another state

so I have a hard time believing that is what is driving this.

That said, I really want to know how this got so FUBAR and who is responsible for it.

9. His status as a judge is actually irrelevent when you're talking about

'good all boys' scratching each others backs. They could be in the same golf club, masonic lodge, career organization whatever. I was born and lived in the south and have had personal experience with how this relationship works. This has all of the earmarks.

You can't see any injuries or blood on Z in the video. And photos will be close-up to show your bloodshot eyes. So if there are any injuries then the photos will show it.
