"We could never give equal rights, form the EPA, operate public highways...It's not Constitutional."

I am so sick of people saying that we have to turn what has become a basic element of our society -- the Internet -- totally over to the subjugation by the Corporate Media/ISP's.


If the Administration and Congress and FCC can't figure out how to regulate what has become a basic public utility, then let's just fold up the goddamn government and say "Every Mn and Women for him/herself."

Because most of the positive things government have been subject to the charge of being "unconstitutional" by those who would undermine them.

Stop enable theirr excuses and corruption. At least get mad instead of spinning the Apologists Spin.

They/We are wrong for not fighting back against the Corporate Takeover of the Internet. It's that simple.
