Neo-con mouthpiece Simon Ostrovsky released by humanitarian Pro-Russian captors

Last edited Thu Apr 24, 2014, 10:24 PM - Edit history (1)

Simon Ostrovsky of Vice News was investigating the degree to which the spontaneous freedom-loving peoples' uprisings in Ukraine against the Obama/neo-con installed Nazi government in Kiev are stage-managed by Russian intelligence and military operatives.

Since Russia has never interfered in Ukraine in any way, Ostrovsky was obviously seeking to disseminate lies against the people of Ukraine.

Fllowing some reporting suggesting Russian involvement, a photo of Ostrovsky was distributed to militia checkpoints. When Ostrovsky tried to cross a check point, freedom-loving pro-Russia militia men detained Ostrovsky, beat him, blindfolded him, and threw him in a basement where they kept him for a few days. According to Ostrovsky, the basement seemed to be a clearing house for a variety of folks the heroic People's Militia was dragging in off the streets.

After having made their very reasonable point that a free press involves responsibilities, as well as rights, the People's Militia released Ostrovsky.

Hopefully he will have learned a lesson in responsible journalism and will not seek to deceive the people by digging further into the absurd question of the degree of direct Russian involvement in the sequential destabilization of Ukrainian cities.

The facts of Ostrovsky's capture and detention are as stated. The spin is, however, entirely sarcastic.
