Man on Trial for Murder Worried "MURDER" Neck Tattoo Might Hurt His Case

The first-degree murder case against Jeffrey Chapman is scheduled to begin next week. Prosecutors say Chapman killed a man in 2011, leaving the body behind in a roadside ditch for hunters to discover.

You cannot make this stuff up.

My son liked tattoos before he was old enough to get one. Worried father that when he turned 18 he would do something he would regret, I began using the term when an opportunity arose, "that is dumber than a neck tattoo". He now has several tattoos, none are visible when he is fully clothed. ..

The article should have told us when he got the tattoo. Special idiocy points if he got it after 2011.

While the wearers of idiotic tattoos shoulder the responsibility for such ignorant choices, those that ink them pocket the cash and move on to their next victim.

That way, they won't prejudge him on his appearance at all.

Does anyone know if he got the tattoo before or after the killing?
