Kevin Swanson Speculates That Kacey Musgraves Would Have Been Killed For 'Promoting Homosexuality' In The 1960s

Kevin Swanson is not happy that country singer Kacey Musgraves won album of the year at the 2014 ACM Awards, warning that the singer is pushing the destruction of America and causing demons to dance in its ashes. Swanson said on his April 10 radio program that if Musgraves had performed her song “Follow Your Arrow” any time between the 1880s and the 1960s, it would have prompted calls for her to be killed: “Let me say this, if she had sang [sic] that thing in a country bar in the 1920s or 1880s in Denver, Colorado, somebody would’ve called for a rope, ‘Get a rope!’ You know what would have happened, she would not have made it out of town in the 1880s, 1920s, 1940s or 1960s.” “But things have changed, friends,” he lamented.

Men like Swanson want to kill everybody who isn't just like him or an easily domesticated breeding stock type of woman.

One wonders how he's able to function at all through that rage and self righteousness.

3. I'm not going to say Swanson is a closet gay.

He probably isn't.

But I'd be willing to bet money on his ministry going *pif* in a couple years, due to a sex or money scandal.
Or both, like Jim Bakker did.

4. I had a coworker whose sister sent him clippings from

the Charlotte Observer (a decent paper in those days) detailing the whole scandal. My coworker and I used to sit and pore over that stuff giggling during down times in our respective units (neuro intensive care and neuro stepdown). I remember one thing they did, a contest to decide what PTL stood for in the wake of the scandal. I liked Pass The Loot and Pay The Lady, myself.

5. My friends and I would watch Jim and Tammy before the scandal hit...

We'd sit around laughing our asses off at their silliness, and then when the scandal exploded, we laughed even harder.
