Omaha man arrested on 4th offense DUI; witnesses say street race preceded crash

Police arrested a 30-year-old Omahan on Sunday on fourth-offense driving under the influence following an accident that grew out of a street race.
Officers reported to 80th Street and Military Avenue after a rollover accident in which a driver attempted to flee from the scene on foot. Police said several passers-by tackled the man and held him for officers.
Police said Heath Jibben was arrested on suspicion of felony fourth-offense DUI, leaving the scene of an injury accident and reckless driving.
