A cartoon I'd like to see
I'm terrible at drawing, so I'll leave this up to the artists in the group:
Title: Bullies on the Playground
Center - a small kid wearing a t-shirt or otherwise designated as "Ukraine" screaming "Help! Help!"
A much larger kid wearing a t-shirt or otherwise designated as "Russia" or "Putin" holding the first kids wrist yelling "Stop hitting youself, stop hitting yourself, give me your lunch money!"
In the background, a group of kids wearing t-shirts or otherwise designated as "EU" looking on in shocked horror and one of them yelling "Someone should DO something!"
On the side, the biggest most muscular kid wearing a t-shirt or otherwise designated as "US" with his back turned, obviously ignoring the scene, and whistling.
Now, I know this sounds like a RW cartoon - perhaps we could change the bullied kid from "Ukraine" to "Georgia". Since that's basically what happened and describes events then better than with Ukraine now. But the EU screaming from the sidelines and expecting the US to do something is pretty much universal. I agree that the rest of the world should get involved, but they're waiting on the "big guy" to do something first. Sad, but true.

And to put it in your cartoon, it'd more be like:
Scruffy big kid with a machine-gun labeled "Atomic Bombs", playing keep away with the hat (labeled Crimea) of a smaller scruffy kid labeled Ukraine, while yelling to the smaller kid "you owe me money", but the little kid is only holding an "IOU" which is drawn in the lettering of s Swiss-bank account, the European bystander kids are all frowning at the sitation, and the biggest kid (with several real machine guns labeled "Atomic Bombs"
, is cajoling the European kids to disinvite the Scruffy-big-kid from all their parties.
