They at the end of the day seemed to be Skeptical to both sides and had sympathy's with both sides.

....the only "concern" either of them had was a passing comment to the fact that uninsured folks MIGHT affect the pocketbooks of insured folks. Judge Vinson (FL) who ruled the entire law unconstitutional last year expressed similar concerns as well. But that didn't persuade him to abandon his "anti-federal govt" stance.

....the chances are it's going to rain. Of course NO ONE can predict that with certainty.

Based on the questions asked by every single one of the conservative justices, it appears the Affordable Care Act is in deep trouble of being overturned or at the very least, severely-gutted.
