(645 posts)Robert's and Kennedy were both skeptical of the Oppositions arguments too, and Roberts more or less flat out discarded their central argument about the Mandate and Taxes.
yes they might vote against it, they also might not, right now only Scalia, Thomas and Alito are really truly totally against it.

What will be the prevalent instinct of the "conservatives" on the court? Will they prefer to preserve the corporate mandate and the guaranteed bucks that will bring, or will they prefer to strike at Obama no matter what the cost.
I tend to think at least one of them will break ranks and vote for money over principled hate. But thats just me. Time will tell.
