Not ruling on it yet....That comes sometime next year....usually it is about 6-8 months after hearing a case is the ruling released...

I just listened to the hearing on C-Span. I don't think any of the Lawyers did very well. On either side. Toss up.

However all Justices must agree to the content of the opinion....(Read on SCOTUS website) Even if they are not in the majority....what is written has to represent the court...
