There's no copyright infringment issue here, so not relevant. Good try, though. leveymg Mar 2012 #4
Oh, no. I'm good with it. I just thought it had addresses and social security numbers in it. n/t Ian David Mar 2012 #5

Charges from the 2005 incident were dropped. n/t X_Digger Mar 2012 #14
All 4 charges, including the felony, were closed upon recommendation of the State Attorney. Why? leveymg Mar 2012 #27
I believe he was a Virginia judge. X_Digger Mar 2012 #29
I thought felons could not legally own such weapons, I have been told that is why they are so "safe" Dragonfli Mar 2012 #13
Since they were dropped, he could now become a Police Office in Florida too? HockeyMom Mar 2012 #16
I should not make this so broad brush, but I believe he would fit right in as a LEO there. Dragonfli Mar 2012 #18
MY point exactly HockeyMom Mar 2012 #21
Felons can't own weapons. But the charges were dropped, therefore he wasn't considered a felon. nt TheWraith Mar 2012 #25
So he merely committed felonious acts, which of course is OK, if you wish to be a gunslinger. Dragonfli Mar 2012 #26
You're saying someone should be treated as a felon without due process. TheWraith Mar 2012 #30

I would just remove the personal information, because it's in the link anyway.

Edited to add:

I don't see any addresses, SSNs or phone numbers in there, so I think it's all good anyway.

Trayvon Martin had been suspended from school ... isn't that worthy of the Death Penalty?

Now he REALLY has problems. He's crying because he knows his life is effectively over.

Just these would have prevented him from applying for a PO Civil Service Test. They also should have been enough for him to not be able to get a CCW. Just an Injunction for Domestic Abuse is enough for denial of a permit.

Tell me I am wrong on that one.

This simply raises another important issue, considering that the Zimmerman's father is "a retired magistrate Judge", according to CNN.

As long as the charges were dropped his behavior was perfectly fine?

I think you miss my point, I think behavior should determine if an individual is responsable enough to have such power over the life or death of others, if behavior itself is not the guideline then a good plee bargain or person intimidated out of presing charges is all it takes for a behavioral thug to easily shoot people at will.

The more I learn the more I feel I should build an arsenal of my own and find ways to get guns to young kids in danger of being gunned down, they are too young under current law to protect themselves with a gun against a gun aren't they? That should be remedied. They should give out guns at school for protection not condoms (please don't stop easy access to condoms regardless of my sarcasm)

And basically that even having been accused of something is exactly the same as having been convicted. I don't think you want to go down that road.

The only one convicted (and sentenced) of a felony with no proof was his victim.
