If you are a home owner now anyone can find out your home address very easily. Used to be they'd have to go look up public records so at least there was a little effort to be made. Not any more.

It's just another wonderful reason for me not to sign up there.

That and people in my past are there for good reasons.

I've had one stalker and he was hard as hell to get rid of. I certainly don't want to encourage others.

I find it's quite useful to keep track of what various other people are doing. I can more or less stalk someone if I want. I just don't send out very many friend requests, and I don't accept many of the ones that come to me. And I keep my privacy settings pretty high, so random others can't see much. Not too many people actually do that. Most just let everything they post be out there.
