2fer in Clown News Today: O'LOOFAH (wants to beat up DI BLASIO)and Allen WEST(fake quotes fake book)

O'LOOFAH's shtick of poormouthing about his Levittown upbringing was skewered by (Jon STEWART?) as "You're not for the little guy, you're always for the big guys" (paraphrase). At least with this threat of physical abuse he openly displays his 1950s White male repression and physical, verbal and emotional abuse profile.

As for WEST, where to start. "can't be reached" - haha.

Bill O’Reilly at Catholic Fundraiser: I Want to Beat Up De Blasio (audio inside link)

J.K. TROTTER

.... O’Reilly, along with Fox colleagues Megyn Kelly and Brian Kilmeade, appeared before an audience of 2,000 at Long Island University’s Greenvale campus. After delivering their individual speeches, all three personalities gathered on stage for a combined Q&A session. Billed as an “inside-baseball” look at cable news, the 30-minute forum quickly devolved into a rolling pro-Fox rant, complete with references to Benghazi, accusations of anti-Christian media bias, and complaints about America’s growing moocher class.

Even Kelly—who claims she is “not a political person”—joined O’Reilly in slamming Mayor de Blasio for supposedly enabling the takers over the makers. ....

While Fox is notoriously secretive about anchors’ compensation, O’Reilly, Kelly, and Kilmeade all earn seven-figure salaries. ....

...O’Reilly ended his bit by contemplating an alternate history in which Bill O’Reilly were President: ....

While the Fox personalities stuck, individually, to personal stories (both in and out of television), the Q&A session served as an impromptu advertisement for Fox News and its coverage of Obamacare and the September 2012 attacks in Benghazi, Libya. ....

(Killing Jesus is a quasi-historical novel based on O’Reilly’s personal interpretation of biblical accounts of the Crucifixion.) ....

...VIP Lounge. Price of entry: $303. ....

O’Reilly, Kelly, and Kilmeade plunged in, looking thrilled to be there, excited by the crowd’s pure delight at their presence. ... ....

If you're a washed-up one-term Tea Party congressman and you're writing a soon-to-be-bestselling jeremiad on dirty libruls, here's a pro tip: Don't use a bunch of fake "founding fathers" quotes from the footers of your Ayn Rand reading group's email threads.

Allen West’s new book dotted with familiar, but fake, quotes from great Americans

“Thomas Jefferson said it first: ‘A government big enough to give you everything you want is also big enough to take it away,’” West writes. ....

Three other Jefferson quotes in West’s book also appear on the foundation’s list of debunked Jeffersonisms.

Asked this week to provide sources for the Jefferson quotes and some others in the book, West co-author Michele Hickford declined comment and a spokeswoman for Crown Publishing did not respond. West, who is touring to promote the book, could not be reached. ....

West’s book quotes Lincoln as saying: “America will never be destroyed from the outside. If we falter and lose our freedoms, it will be because we destroyed ourselves.” ....

West’s book quotes Alexis de Tocqueville, the 19th century French observer of America, as saying democracy “can only exist until the voters discover that they can vote themselves largesse from the public treasury. From that moment on, the majority always votes for the candidates promising the most benefits from the public treasury with the result being that a democracy collapses over loose fiscal policy, always followed by a dictatorship.” ....

West quotes Henry as saying: “The Constitution is not an instrument for the government to restrain the people, it is an instrument for the people to restrain the government.” ....

“If we admire these people,” Kidd said, “then I think we should represent what they actually said.”

He wanted violence stopped, especially when applied by the strong against the weak.

It was revolutionary: God is Love.

Americans, I believe, would prefer their war criminal Republican presidents to at least wait till they're in office before they start committing atrocities.
