So if I get pulled over by a cop and offer him money....then it is no longer a bribe it is just me

...because I don't have anything like that amount on deposit are unconstitutional prohibitions on free speech because they prevent me from donating as much as I want.

What's the problem, can't every one own or at least rent Cops, Congress, Judges and the President?

They are all for sale and just a commodity now.
